Hey guys, I’m finally opening up some commissions! Please make sure that you read my Terms & Conditions at the bottom of this journal before commissioning me! All prices are in US Dollars, PAYPAL ONLY! I will not accept dA points or any other method of payment. If you wish to pay in another currency, you MUST use PayPal’s currency converter, so make sure that you are comfortable paying the exchange rates. Thanks!

• OR A mock/fake screenshot of your character(s) designed to mock the appearance of them being in a film/animation.

A fully lined, colored, shaded, and detailed piece of your character(s) in any desired pose(s)/Situation(s). Includes a detailed, painted background of scenery of your choice. Animations include blink/glow effect, simple particle flow, water movement, etc. Ask for specific animations!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

!!MUST READ BEFORE COMMISSIONING!!

What I will draw:

• Any sort of creature (Canine, Feline, Mythical, Private Species (as long as you have written permission), etc.)

• Bipedal Creatures (INCLUDES Bipedal original species, aliens, anthros, humans etc)

• Any extremity of gore

• Tastefully mature themes (PLEASE ASK ABOUT THIS ONE)

What I will not draw:

• NSFW themes or characters

• Sexual Content, Implied or Depicted

• References to Drugs/Drug abuse
  

• Fan-art/Characters that do not belong to you

How it Works:

IMPORTANT – It is vital that throughout this process you be prompt in sending and receiving notes/emails, otherwise your commission may be delayed or scrapped.

STEP ONE:

Please contact me with your desired commission choice and possible add-ons, all details, and character reference sheet(s).

STEP TWO:

Once received, I will review your order and confirm the price, details, and commissions itself in a return message. At this point, I will then begin a rough sketch. Please allow a 1-3 business day window for the rough sketch to be completed.

STEP THREE:
Once the sketch is completed, I will send you back a message with the sketch and my PayPal information.

At this point, you MUST pay the full price of your commission for work to continue. You will have a 5 business-day window from the time that I have sent you the sketch to complete the full transaction. Failure to pay the full amount in this time will lead to the scrapping of your commission.

Once paid, there will be no refunds, so make sure you are aware of the price and commission that you are paying for.

At this point, you may also request for compositional changes in the sketch (i.e add more vegetation, adjust character pose, etc.)

STEP FOUR:

Please allow at least 5-10 business days for your commission to be completed (This does not mean that it can’t take longer! Some pieces may require more time depending on the complexity and what is going on in my life. Remember that I'm a full time student! <3) At any point during this time, however, you may message me to request a progress picture, and request changes if something is not to your liking.

STEP FIVE:

Once your commission is completed, I will send you a message with a download to your commission. I will also upload the commision to my DeviantArt Gallery, and possible other social media.

CONCERNING SPEEDPAINTS:

If you have ordered a speedpaint along with your commission, please allow an extra extension of 5 business days to your order. You may repost embedded versions of the speedpaint to any site you desire, but the speedpaint MAY NOT be removed and re-uploaded from my own official YouTube Channel. Initial sketches are not included in speedpaints, as they are done in a different time frame as the rest of the work. Since I am charging for a speedpaint to be done, I must use royalty free music and therefore cannot honor song requests.

CONCERNING DEADLINES:

You may set a deadline for any commission that you order. If you chose to set a deadline, please let me know in the initial message. You MUST be prompt with replying to notes/emails/completing transactions if you decide to set a deadline, as I can only work once paid and with confirmed direction from yourself. Deadlines MUST give a minimum of 2 weeks, unless I give you the okay that it can be shorter (Please ask me about this).

My Rights as Commission Artist:

• I have the reserved right to decline any commission if I feel I am not comfortable drawing it and/or do not believe I am capable of drawing it.

• I have the right to include my signature in the artwork, and under no circumstances should it be edited or removed.

• I have the right to work at my own pace (If no deadline is set) or delay a commission (IF Necessary; this only occurs if I am not in shape to work (sick, vacation, personal issues, etc). Any delayed commissions will be prioritized and finished as quickly as possible.

• I have the right to prioritize my commissions based on both the complexity, deadline, and time needed for each commission.

• I have the right to request, at any time during the commission process, more information on the character or commission as need be.

• I reserve the right to revoke or add any of the rules and/or conditions stated in this document.

Your Rights as Commissioner/Client:

• You may request, at any moment in the commission process, a progress shot of your commission, and you may request changes to your liking. Any large change that will require me to change the entire piece will require an extra fee TBD depending on the change.

• You may repost your commission (with due credit) on any website, including deviantart. You may use it for PERSONAL USE ONLY, including but not limited to forum signatures, icons, and role-play icons WITH proper credit given.

• YOU MAY NOT use the commission for any commercial or advertising purposes, or for any other means that you will earn real or fake revenue/currency for.

• YOU MUST keep my signature on the piece.

• You MAY NOT edit, alter, or claim any part of my artwork

• You MAY NOT resell your commission to someone else for real or fake currency. If you are commissioning something for someone else, it must be to them as a gift (For no money in return)

If found that you are using your commission in a way you are not supposed to, I will ask that you remove the commission and you will be barred from commissioning again. Depending on the situation, legal action may be taken.

DISCLAIMERS

COMMISSIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ONCE PAID, ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL.

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL OF MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO ACCEPT AND FOLLOW THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PERSONAL DAMAGE TO YOU RESULTING FROM A COMMISSION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COPYRIGHT ISSUES, ART THEFT, ETC.

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU MAINTAIN THAT ALL CONTENT YOU PROVIDE ME TO WORK WITH IS YOURS TO USE.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW MY TERMS MAY RESULT IN A TERMINATION OF YOUR COMMISSION WITH NO REFUND.
